I am an Assistant Professor in the Accounting & Management Control Department at HEC Paris, France.
My research focuses on how firm disclosures and real outcomes are shaped by intermediaries, with an emphasis on financial intermediaries. I am also interested in topics related to ESG and corporate governance. My current research investigates how bank prudential regulation affects corporate disclosures and real outcomes.
I obtained my PhD as well as my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Mannheim, Germany. During my studies, I spent one year at Columbia Business School as visiting PhD student, which was supported by a Fulbright Schuman scholarship. Prior to starting the PhD program, I worked in the asset management industry for two years.Â
